Flow Yoga Classes
(Mild Heat: room is heated at 90-93 degrees)
(Hot: room is heated at 94-97 degrees)

Yoga are meditative and spiritual.
Flow - Flow Yoga covers a wide variety of yoga styles.
Including; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram and Baptiste. It is a vigorous practice
that strengthens the core muscles in the body, enhances flexibility, while
encouraging deep concentration and focus. All Flow Yoga is practiced in a
heated room. The heat encourages perspiration, which helps to detoxify and
cleanse the body. The muscles respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us
to move deeper into a posture. This
practice will tone and sculpt your body and
heal your soul. Be prepared to sweat, and discover your inner
strength!
Slow Flow Still challenging but slower flowing with less postures than a
regular Flow Yoga class more emphasis on alignment, breath and the
foundational tools of a yoga practice 6 classes recommended before attending
a regular Flow Yoga class.
Slow Flow for Beginner's An entry level class geared toward
beginner's
-still a flow class, but more demonstration if needed. emphasis on alignment,
breath and the foundational tools of a yoga practice.
Intermediate Flow A more challenging form of the Flow Yoga where we
experiment with more backbends, inversions and arm balances. A minimum of 3-4
Flow Yoga classes is recommended before attending an intermediate Flow class.
Morning Flow - Our Regular Flow Yoga class with condensed to 75 mins.
Noontime Flow - Our Regular Flow Yoga class condensed to an hour.
Community Class: This class is taught by our teachers in training. The
class is offered at 1/2 price ($7.00) and proceeds will be donated to a local
charity. We ask that students fill out a brief feedback form at the end of
class.
Other Classes

Restorative Candlelight - A meditative and gentle practice, including
stretching asanas (poses) to increase flexibility and release stress. A perfect
choice for anyone looking to reduce stress, recover from injury, cope with
arthritis, and prepare for pregnancy. Non-heated class.
ZUMBA - is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes that
create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval
training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to
maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body
sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
Hatha Yoga - A series of postures meant to increase flexibility and
reduce stess. You will develop coordination and strength. This class will bring
calm and balance to the body, mind and spirit.
Kid's Classes - Young people love yoga and are natural yogis! Yoga
increases their strength and flexibility as well as thier ability focus and
calm themselves. Chanel teaches a fun class and the kids can't get enough! Cost
is $85.00 for the 8 week class.
