Flow Yoga Classes
(Mild Heat: room is heated at 90-93 degrees)
(Hot: room is heated at 94-97 degrees)

Yoga are meditative and spiritual.
Flow - Flow Yoga covers a wide variety of yoga styles.
Including; Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Bikram and Baptiste. It is a vigorous practice
that strengthens the core muscles in the body, enhances flexibility, while
encouraging deep concentration and focus. All Flow Yoga is practiced in a
heated room. The heat encourages perspiration, which helps to detoxify and
cleanse the body. The muscles respond to the heat by relaxing and allowing us
to move deeper into a posture. This
practice will tone and sculpt your body and
heal your soul. Be prepared to sweat, and discover your inner
strength!
Slow Flow Still challenging but slower flowing with less postures than a
regular Flow Yoga class more emphasis on alignment, breath and the
foundational tools of a yoga practice 6 classes recommended before attending
a regular Flow Yoga class.
Hour Flow Follows the format of the
"flow" class but is condensed to 1 hour.
Condensed Flow Follows the format of
the 90 minute "flow" class but is condensed to
75 minutes.
Beginner Friendly An entry level class geared toward
beginner's
-still a flow class, but more demonstration if needed. emphasis on alignment,
breath and the foundational tools of a yoga practice.
There is no heat added to these classes and
students are encouraged to rest more.
Yoga Heroes - A
class offered for free to our armed
services, police and firefighters. Yoga is
proven to reduce stress and heal the body
and spirit. Through fuller conscious
breathing and postures designed to release
the holding of deep tension, fatigue and
emotional pain this class will bring
tremendous relief to these people living on
the edge every day. The breathing massages
the central nervous system sending calming
signals to the brain. The postures will
unleash the blocked energy caused by trauma
and stress. The meditation allows us to
quiet the mind and step back from the chaos
that often accompanies this type of work.
Community Class: This class is taught by our teachers in training. The
class is offered at 1/2 price ($8.00) . We ask that students fill out a brief feedback form at the end of
class.
Other Classes
(non-heated)
Gentle/Restorative - A meditative and gentle practice, including
stretching asanas (poses) to increase flexibility and release stress. A perfect
choice for anyone looking to reduce stress, recover from injury, cope with
arthritis, and prepare for pregnancy.
Open Meditation - Shawn will guide
this class dedicated to serenity and
stillness that will help you develop a
strong meditation practice.

Sunday of each month)
Kid's Classes - Young people love yoga and are natural yogis! Yoga
increases their strength and flexibility as well as
their ability focus and
calm themselves. Chanel teaches a fun class and the kids can't get enough! Cost
is $85.00 for the 8 week class.
