Flow Yoga Teacher Training
with Shawn Shaw and
Jacqui Bonwell
Location: Metrowest Yoga Studio in Westboro
The next training will begin
in January 2010. The training is a total of 60 hours and
will be taught by both Shawn Shaw and Jacqui Bonwell.
The trainings will be 10 hour
per weekend for a total of 6 weekends and will take place
every other weekend from 12:00pm until 5:00pm on Saturday
and Sunday.
The dates are as follows;
Jan 9/10, Jan 23/24, Feb 6/7,
Feb 20/21, Mar 6/7, and Mar 27/28.
Cost: $1100
Students will receive a 10% discount on scheduled classes.
Note, a minimum of $400 is due at registration. The
balance due at the start of the training.
Weekend Intensive Training on Alignment and
Assisting
March 13th(Sat) and
March 14th(Sun)
( cost separate $150)
Saturday 12:00pm - 4:00pm Sunday 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Pre-requisite: At least 3 months strong Vinyasa/Flow practice. Bring an open mind and desire to learn, grow, and have fun!
The training is open to experienced Vinyasa/Flow students who may be interested in teaching in
the future, current yoga teachers of any style, and teachers who want to deepen and fine tune
their understanding and experience teaching Power Vinyasa/Flow Yoga. Through lecture, discussion, Q&A,
demonstration, and hands-on experience, you will learn all the tools you will need to begin your journey
teaching Vinyasa/Flow yoga. Metrowest Yoga's teacher
training is unique as it is considered an apprenticeship
program where those in training will have the unique opportunity to practice teaching small groups and
receive feedback from other students as well Shawn and
Jacqui.
Teachers in training will also be given the opportunity to teach
one or more "Community Classes" and
Assist n class. This is the only teacher training in
the Boston area that offers this as part of teacher
training.

Advanced Teacher Training Intensive
Location: Metrowest Yoga Studio in Westboro
(2 weekends)
April 10th & 11th and April 24th &
25th
12:00pm till 5:oopm 5 hours(total of 20 hours)

A one of a kind
training that will deepen your teaching foundation. This
training is designed to bring your teaching to another
level. We will video tape each teacher as they teach and
give feedback and suggestions that will help teachers grow
and improve their teaching skills including, body language,
voice cadence, verbiage, cueing, assisting, and more.
Training will also include how to work with sequencing and
choreography as well as how to assist more advanced
postures.
Cost: $400
Note, a minimum of $150 is due at registration. The
balance due at the start of the training.
Pre-requisite: Must have completed a teacher training
in the last 2 years and intend to teach.
