Mark the entry into winter with a transformative afternoon of vinyasa, breath work, and the mindful creation of a nature mandala. Together, we will honor the season through movement, creativity, and relaxation. Feel free to bring personal items from nature for the mandala (you may take them home afterward) and a journal. All levels are welcome—bring your mat, a journal, and an open heart.
