About the teacher:
Todd Mitchell is a lifelong practitioner and teacher of Tai Chi, Qigong, Zen, martial arts, and personal development, with more than 40 years of training and over 30 years of teaching experience. His primary focus is helping people discover the many physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong through simple, practical, and accessible instruction.
Drawing from decades of study, including formal Zen training at the Providence Zen Center, certification as a Qigong and Wing Chun instructor, black belts in Judo and Kung Fu, and lifelong practice in Tai Chi, meditation, and wellness traditions, Todd has developed a unique teaching approach that distills these arts into their most essential and useful principles.
