Fear is something we all experience in life. Especially on our journey toward being authentic and genuine. Being truly who we are with all of our strengths, virtues and wisdom, as well as our flaws and imperfections, takes courage.
One way to strengthen that courage is to take risks, try new things, put yourself out there. This requires us to come out of our comfort zone.
In this workshop we’ll discuss how yoga and mindfulness helps us to work with our fears and move through them rather than be blocked by them.
This workshop is open to all levels. You’ll have the option to explore arm balances and inversions, but won’t be required to.
