Healing Hearts Yoga
Healing Hearts is a yoga and meditation group focused on inner balance and well-being. Join us for sessions that blend ancient wisdom with meditation, creating a space for rejuvenation. Discover community, self-healing, and incorporate mindful journaling for a deeper connection to yourself. This group will support caregivers and those experiencing grief.*
The Healing Hearts’ facilitators and teachers; Mirvat, Vidushi, and Pam, will share the yogic tools that came to their support as they navigated caregiving and loss.
*caregiving and grief are not prerequisites for this group

YOGA FOR OUR
BIPOC COMMUNITY
A special monthly community practice with the Worcester BIPOC Yoga Collective.
The class is offered as a yoga practice for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) only, as a space for BIPOC to be able to bring their entire selves to the mat. All those identifying as BIPOC are welcome to practice - together we will move, breathe and connect. All levels welcome, including brand new students.
The 2nd Saturday of each month, 1pm in Worcester
Free class; Donations for teachers accepted.
