Teacher Bio:
Char has been a lifelong student of Holistic Health, Wellness and Movement. Her desire to guide clients through physical transformation influenced her decision to become a professional in the fitness industry and seeing the need to assist clients in whole body balance, while addressing the physical, mental emotional and spiritual aspects, influenced her decision to become a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher & Mindfulness Guide, Reiki Practitioner & Master Teacher and a Professional Sound Healer. Char truly enjoys offering each of these incredible modalities, but has a fondness for sharing the gift of sound. She is a firm believer that our bodies are the perfect receptors for sound and crystal singing bowls are the ideal vibrational transmitters that flawlessly synchronize to resolve imbalances on every physiological & psychological level of human functioning. This is supported by the amazing feedback that she received from so many who’ve attended her Crystal Bowl Meditation, Sound Baths and Sound Healing workshops over the past several years.
