Exploring the Chakras Series (In Studio & Livestream)

The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. When all of our chakras are open energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit.

Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy.

In this 8 week series Shawn will dedicate each 60 minute to one of the seven chakras with the last (8th) class being a 2 hour workshop that puts it all together.

Cost:

Full 8 week series $225

Single 60 min class $30*

The final workshop, Week 8: $45

Schedule:* Saturdays - go to class schedule to sign up for livestream class
